Don't waste your time with this gym. It's membership is cheap for a reason. They have a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau because they make it difficult to cancel and have lengthy contracts that only benefit them. They have horrible customer service and don't care to have you as a customer. They also have multiple defective equipment that they don't ever bother fixing. I would have to try out 5 different treadmills before I found one that worked correctly. Your car in the parking lot is not safe as there has been multiple times where cars were broken into and Blue Moon Fitness has done nothing to make the parking lot safer as they feel it's not their responsibility. Spend a little bit more a month at a better gym instead of going to this horrible place.
