Blue moon is the worst gym experience in Omaha. The gym is crowded, dirty, and little to no machines that work properly. When you try to cancel they pull late fees out of their ***. I went in to cancel both my and my wifes membership. I was told they were both cancelled, when they were actually not. They called me two weeks later asking me about my wifes membership. My wife had to go back in and cancel her membership with once again a long list of late fees. There is no customer service at all. Trying to talk to a manager there is like talking to a wall. Trust me spend the few extra dollars a month, at another gym so you dont have to go through my experience.
